John Curtis Eller, 72, of Salisbury, passed away unexpectedly on Easter Sunday, March 31, 2024 at his home.

He was born July 26, 1951 in Rowan County, NC to the late Dale Eller and Carrie Earnhardt Eller.

He was a devoted Christian and a member of Gospel Light House Church and spent his retirement giving his time, effort and love to the community.

John was well loved and respected by all. He owned a construction and repair company.

He enjoyed his family, cooking, gardening and studying his Bible.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his Wife, Ruby Eller.

John is survived by his Son, J.D. (Cathy) Eller; Two Daughters, Shannon (G) Adapoe of Rockwell, NC, Brandi (Matthew) Pfeil of South Carolina; Two Grandsons, Michael Mathis, Jackson Pfeil; Granddaughter, Jessica Pfeil; Two Brothers, Lloyd (Barbara) Eller, George (Sharon) Eller and Sister, Dianna Faulkner.

The family will greet friends and relatives on Thursday, April 4, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm at Victory Baptist Church, 315 Gold Hill Drive, Salisbury, NC 28146.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Victory Baptist Church, Salisbury, NC, with Pastor Leroy Blankenship officiating.
