Donald Richard Eller, Sr., 78, passed away on Monday, May 7, 2012 in Austin. He was born on September 17, 1933 in Los Angeles, CA to Richard Loren Converse and Evelyn Brown. Donald proudly served in the U.S. Air Force retiring after 22 years of dedicated service and worked for the Veterans Administration for many years.

He was preceded in death by his parents. Donald will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 59 years, Imogene B. Ischar-Eller; children, Deborah C. Eller-Klaus and husband, Doyle, Donald R. Eller, Jr., Duane R. Eller and wife, Theresa, and David R. Eller; grandchildren, Julia D. McCarthy and husband, Richard, Jr., David J. Meadows and wife, Michelle, Blake R. Eller, and Victoria D. (Tori) Eller; great-grandson, Tyler J. McCarthy; numerous other relatives; and a host of friends.

A Celebration Gathering will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, June 3, 2012 at the VFW Post 4443, 7614 Thomas Springs Road, Austin, Texas, 78736.
