    • Samuel Terrell and his brother Timothy established a newspaper in Natchez, Mississippi, called "The Messenger." Both were described as "staunch Jeffersonians." It addition to the four children listed below (provided by Franklin Marion Gentry of Manhassett, NY, a descendant of Mary Terrell), Emma Dicken says the Samuel G. Terrell who died in 1879 in Covington, MS was a "very probable" son. She provides (p.243-4) a possible line from Samuel G. Terrell.
