Charles was retired from the Shoemaker Mine where he was a plant Electrician.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 41 years, Ruth Ann (McDannels) Eller.
Survivors include his son Daniel (Jamie): daughter, Lori Eller; brother, David (Jane) Eller; grandchildren, Cody, Lindsay and Evalyn Eller and Joshua, Jacey and Jonna Eneix. Also his girlfriend, Nancy Francis.
“Chuck” had many hobbies, but most of all he loved truck pulling and riding motorcycles with his friends.He campaigned the “Willie Makit” modified 4×4 for thirty years on the NTPA, ATPA and Lucas Oil pulling circuit. He was always respected for his loyalty and honesty.
A small family gathering will be held to celebrate his life at a later date to yet be determined.
